4. Intellectual Property

After completion and payment, clients own the final product but grant us the right to showcase the work in our portfolio. Any third-party plugins, software, or tools used remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Subscription and Cancellation Policy

Clients receive a 30-day free trial upon website delivery.After the trial period, the subscription fee applies.Clients can cancel their subscription within the first year only if they pay a £800 migration fee, which covers administrative costs, data transfer, and technical support.After one year, clients may cancel their subscriptions and migrate their websites for free.The cancellation process must be requested in writing, with a minimum **30-day notice**6. Refund PolicyDeposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.Refunds are only granted for incomplete projects if no significant development work has been completed.If the client cancels the project after work has started, a partial refund may be issued based on the work completed.If the website is defective or does not match agreed-upon specifications, clients are entitled to a refund or correction as per UK consumer law.Once a website is delivered and approved, no refunds will be provided.

7. Limitations of Liability
